General terms and conditions

These terms apply to services performed by Prima Tjänster sv AB. For removal assignments we apply Bohag 2010 – the industry standard terms developed together with the Swedish Consumer Agency – which gives you as a customer strong protection.

1. Quote and price

We always provide a written quote with a fixed price before the assignment begins. Any additional work beyond the quote is agreed in advance. All prices are stated including VAT and after the RUT deduction where applicable. Should the conditions change (e.g. larger volume or a longer carrying distance) we inform you before anything extra is charged.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is binding once you have confirmed it in writing or verbally. You receive a confirmation with the date, time and scope. Please check that all details are correct so that the move runs smoothly.

3. Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellation or rebooking must take place no later than 48 hours before the booked start time. For later cancellations a fee may be charged for the scheduled staff and vehicles. We are always flexible and happy to find a new time that suits you.

4. Liability and insurance

All work is covered by liability insurance of up to SEK 500,000 per assignment. We work in accordance with Bohag 2010, which means clear responsibility for your belongings throughout the move. Particularly fragile or valuable items should be reported in advance.

5. Complaints

Any damage or remarks must be reported within a reasonable time after the assignment is completed, normally within 7 days. Visible transport damage should be noted immediately on delivery. Report your case via our complaints page and we will handle it promptly.

6. Payment

Payment is made after the assignment has been completed and approved, by invoice with a 10-day payment term, unless otherwise agreed. The RUT deduction is applied directly on the invoice – you only pay your share. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payment in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.

7. RUT deduction

For removal help and move-out cleaning, the RUT deduction is applied to the labour cost. We apply the deduction directly on the invoice. You are responsible for having enough RUT allowance remaining; if the Swedish Tax Agency rejects the deduction, the corresponding amount will be invoiced.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic accidents or similar. We always do our utmost to find a solution.
