Invoicing
- The invoice is normally sent after the service is completed and approved.
- Payment terms are 10 days net.
- Private individuals pay only half the labour cost – the RUT deduction is applied straight on the invoice.
- The invoice is always itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Payment methods
- Invoice by email or post.
- Swish to the company’s registered number.
- Card or bank transfer to the company’s account.
- All payment is made directly to the company – never in cash to the staff.
You only pay half the labour cost
Removals, packing, carrying help and move-out cleaning are RUT-eligible. This means that you as a private individual get a 50% tax reduction on the labour cost, up to SEK 75,000 per person and year.
We apply the RUT deduction straight on the invoice – you don’t have to be out of pocket or apply yourself. We report the work to the Swedish Tax Agency and claim the remaining amount from there.
The RUT deduction applies only to the labour cost, not to materials, the moving van or fuel.
In accordance with Swedish law
We follow current Swedish legislation for a secure and transparent deal:
- The Consumer Services Act (1985:716)
- The Interest Act (1975:635) for any late-payment interest
- The Swedish Tax Agency’s rules for ROT/RUT deductions
- The Bookkeeping Act and sound accounting practice
In the event of non-payment, late-payment interest under the Interest Act applies, along with any reminder and debt-collection fees.
