We collect the data you provide when you request a quote or contact us – such as name, telephone number, email address and information about your move or cleaning. When you visit the website we also collect technical data via cookies.
Why we process it
The data is used to provide quotes, plan and carry out assignments, invoice and communicate with you. We may also use contact details to follow up on your assignment and ensure you are satisfied. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep your data
Quote requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months. Data linked to completed assignments is kept for as long as guarantee and accounting requirements demand (accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by law).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectify or erase your data, and to object to or restrict the processing. Contact us at kundservice@primatjanster.se and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
